New Position Papers Unlock the Potential of Town Twinning

How can town twinning become a powerful driver for international cooperation, civic engagement and sustainable development? Within Urban X-Change Network II, four international partnerships have developed four new position papers exploring how adult education institutions can activate and strengthen town twinning partnerships.
